1. How do you ship my goods?
To American and European countries, we will use DHL / Fedex / EMS or Small Expedited Express Courier; for To African countries, we will use air cargo.
2. How much are the shipping cost?
If it is not free shipping items, add it to cart with your address also, cost will show up. If it shows up with shipping cost-check out with us, please contact us through below form.
3. If the photo are 100% completed reflect of products color ?
Sometimes due to lighting environment on taking photo, the different monitor of PC or mobile screen may be a little difference on Color deviation , Which is also quite normal. We insisted real taking photo of products for display.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1) In case of shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged during shipping, please contact us to report the error or damage. You will need to provide photos of the products to prove that we shipped the wrong items or damaged during shipping. We will exchange the items or you return the products and get full refund.
2) If the products have quality issues, as long as the product is unused or unwashed, you can return it to us in its original package within 1 week after received the parcel.
3) Processing timelines: Our will either offer you a full refund within 1 week, or exchange according to your requests within 2 weeks after received return product.
You can apply for refund under the following circumstances:
1) We shipped the wrong products, and it had been returned back.
2) Products damaged during shipping process.
3) Missing, shorted, or broke.
About Shipping Cost on return.
If exchange / return of products are caused by shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged, seller will cover the shipping cost. Other exceptional case will need buyer cover the shipping cost.
